Canon G9 – Lyla Jean

Proof that you don’t need an expensive SLR to take a nice photograph. This was taken with my Canon G9 compact. I admit it is an advanced compact but a compact none the less.

I purchased the camera as something to carry with me at all times. Every photographer will have at least one day in a week where they see something that just begs to be photographed. Usually that time is when you have no camera.

The G9 proved perfect for an afternoon of fun in the garden with my little niece Lyla.
